 Even when he says that his personal style is messy, Keshav Suri makes a statement. Not just with the bright clothes he wears but the choices he’s exercising in an increasingly polarised world. As Executive Director of the Lalit Suri Hospitality group, he’s an icon for the youth who is using his business as a vehicle to promote social change. From LGBTQIA recruits in his works-space to choosing a motto for his group for the year 2018 that is rooted in #PureLove celebrating equality irrespective of sexual orientation, Keshav Suri is a business leader who is fearlessly making a difference in a country and in a world where picking up the cudgels for the larger community is a job not many want to risk. The business tycoon recently filed a petition in the Supreme Court challenging Article 377 of the Indian Penal Code that criminalises homosexuality. But, that’s not all. From launching Kitty Su, the city’s “it” address for night parties, Keshav’s adding to the hotel portfolio by revamping old properties and acquiring new ones like the all-new Lalit, London.
