Bauma Conexpo India 2018 Reflects Growth

The fifth edition of Bauma Conexpo India 2018 reflected growth areas in the construction equipment industry.

The fifth edition of Bauma Conexpo India 2018 reflected growth areas in the fast-growing Construction Equipment (CE) industry. Growth in the CE industry is bolstered by consumer demand for new products and services. This was aptly reflected at the CE exhibition, held at HUDA Ground, in Delhi, between December 11 and December 14, 2018. With India expected to become the third largest market for the global construction industry by 2025, the industry, over the next nine years, is expected to witness an estimated average real growth of 6.2 per cent per year. As per industry forecast, growth will especially be led by equipment like bulldozers, backhoe loaders and crawler excavators expected to witness a massive increase in sales over the next five years. Organised in partnership with Indian Construction Equipment Manufacturers Association (iCEMA), the CE exhibition in its fifth edition had 700 exhibitors from 26 countries participate.
