Apollo Tyres Ltd. has launched the EnduRace RAT. An all-wheel fitment radial, the tyre is the new stepping stone for the OE to extend its lead in the truck and bus radial segment. Launched after a careful assessment of the commercial vehicle demand in the aftermath of the volatile quarters impacting business, the company also factored in the newfound growth in radialisation on steer axles. The accentuated demand brings with it new benchmarks of performance that the company had to deliver on. According to Satish Sharma, President, Asia Pacific, Middle East & Africa (APMEA), Apollo Tyres Ltd., “With the changing industry dynamics and customer expectations from the all-wheel segment, we have further improved our offering with EnduRace RAT. We are confident of extending our lead in the TBR segment in India with this new benchmark in performance tyres.”
