Remember the Santro that gave the likes of Maruti 800s and Zens the jitters? Being one of the first cars to be launched by Hyundai in India, the Santro was one of the key reason for the company’s success in the country. The little hatchback was spacious, powerful, efficient and packed in features never before seen at the time. Ever since its launch in the early 2000s, the car remained a bestseller in the country till the time the company launched the new i10. The i10 was a huge departure from the Santro and gradually the sales dwindled. Soon enough, Hyundai pulled the plug on the car and the void left by it was filled up by the i10. Currently the company offers the Eon as the entry level hatch and then jumps straight to the i10. Not any more,
