Hundreds Of Youngsters Are Introduced To Shooting

Hundreds of Suffolk cubs and scouts make the most of the opportunity to try their hand at shotgun shooting at a four-day activity camp, thanks to BASC

BASC has introduced 500 cubs and scouts to shooting at the recent Suffolk Moot. The four-day activity camp was the sixth such “moot”, held every four to five years and open to scouts, explorers, guides and Senior Section from Suffolk.

Young people got the chance to try their hand at shotgun shooting — with some expert assistance from BASC coaches — as well as other activities such as abseiling, flight simulators and geocaching.
