<p>El rea de soporte de Rappi est atenta a cada solicitud y no slo para dar respuesta a un posible problema de sus clientes: quiere escucharlos. El equipo de <strong>Sebastin Meja</strong>, cofundador y director de Estrategia de la <em>start-up</em>, tiene un objetivo.</p>

Y ES DETECTAR cada nueva necesidad de sus usuarios. Escuchar a sus clientes ha tenido resultados positivos para la plataforma de entregas a domicilio. Así han nacido nuevas líneas de negocio. La última ha sido RappiPay, una cartera virtual vinculada a la tarjeta de crédito, con la que se puede enviar y pedir dinero entre usuarios de la aplicación, así como pagar por los servicios solicitados a través de ésta. Esto incluye desde pedir comida a un domicilio hasta apoyo para pagar una factura.
“Hemos tenido mucho éxito para escalar y crecer muy rápido escuchando a nuestros consumidores e incorporando ese feedback en nuestros servicios”, comenta Mejía, que fundó la empresa junto con Simón Borrero y Felipe Villamarín. RappiPay ya fue habilitada en 1% de las aplicaciones de México, Colombia y Brasil, para luego hacerlo de forma masiva.
