Writer Pathinathan has narrated the plight of those Sri Lankan refugees in Tamil Nadu. Poet Cheran has compiled some poems that express the longings of the refugees. Mu. Theodore Bhaskaran illustrates the brilliance of the Oscar-winning Tamil documentary film. The issue has a special section of Porunai Pages that chronicles the life and works of legendary Tamil personalities. This issue’s Porunai Pages features Kavimani Desika Vinayakam Pillai.
