WADe Asia (World Women Architect Artists Designers & Engineers ecosystem) is a movement that started in 2016, now in its 3rd year, has come through a lot of struggles to be adorned with moments of victory, bravery, thrill, joy and exhilaration. It is the platform to recognize and spread Women-led development in Architecture, Art, Interior Design and Engineering. Like its previous two editions, WADe 2018 (Aug 31- 01 Sep, Hotel Pullman, New Delhi) was a rage too, with the presence of eminent guests like, legendary architects, Raj Rewal, Revathi Kamath, Namita Singh, Alfaz Miller, including Jaine Airey (London), Pallavi Dean (Dubai), Nela DZoysa (Sri Lanka) and other eminent faces gracing the event with full enthusiasm. Engaging panel discussions like –“Business Intelligence in Design”, “Candid Conversation between Architect Parents & Daughters” kept the audience hooked to their seats – performances by Sukanya Ramgopal, India’s first Ghatam artist, and storytelling session by YouTube sensation Mehek Mirza Prabhu added up the entertainment during WADe and left the people screaming for 'more'.
