The London DJ and producer is known for pioneering the unique link between classic jungle and Chicago footwork. With several successful releases on Exit Records, 31 Recordings, Metalheadz (using rare unearthed samples from Goldie’s archives), and more on his own Cosmic Bridge Records, Om Unit, aka Jim Coles, has developed his signature ‘slow/fast’ sound, which sees him switch between full- and half-time tempos.
