Two firms are named as top employers for a second year

TWO Cornish firms which in 2024 were named as among the best employers in the county have achieved the same accolade for a second consecutive year.

Telephone answering service Phoneta, in Redruth, and digital optimisation agency Solve, in Newquay, both made it on to the list of Cornwall's Best Places to Work 2025.
The list is compiled by Business Cornwall in conjunction with HR consultancy the Best Companies Group, which works with employers to improve and showcase their workplace culture.
Phoneta was founded more than 30 years ago and is now led by managing director Anthony Caddy, the third generation of the family to head the business, whose services include 24/7 call handling and lone worker monitoring.
