PENLEE Park in Penzance was transformed into a haven of culinary artistry, music, wellness and community spirit as the town’s Food Festival 2025 drew food-lovers and families from across Cornwall and beyond.

The event offered chef demonstrations, artisan markets, live music, wellness workshops and immersive experiences, all designed to celebrate local, sustainable food culture.

“This festival isn’t just about food; it's about community and connection.” said Oona Burch, one of the festival’s directors.

“This year we introduced sharing feasts hosted by Argoe and Naughty Nonnas, plus new wellness workshops on fermenting, foraging and sensory herbalism.

“From chefs sharing their secrets at the Taste Theatre to families exploring new flavours, it was a chance for people to come together, discover and celebrate Cornwall’s richness.
