Robinson vows to push St Mirren forward after extending deal

Stephen Robinson has ambitious plans for St Mirren after signing a new deal to extend his Paisley stay.

The Saints gaffer, who joined in February 2022, has made history in his spell so far by leading the club to a hat-trick of Premiership top-six finishes.

He and assistant manager, Brian Kerr, have signed a new deal until 2028.

However, despite recent success and an appearance in Europe for the first time in 37 years, Robinson is looking for more.

He feels he can still achieve great things at the club.

"I believe I've got a lot more to do as well," he said.

"We've been relatively successful so far and that's been rewarded with a new contract for myself and Brian.

"All the other members of the staff have contributed to that but I believe that we can still continue to push forward.
