Today we are quite conscious of the health benefits of walking and fresh air, but are there spiritual benefits as well?

Walking temporarily dismantles the walls of our own small worlds and shows us new things, animals, seasons, people, and events. If we get out, and pay attention, we remember that the world we live in contains uncountable perspectives, each almost unimaginable to us, each legitimate in its own way.
