DERBY County are closing in on their first arrival of the January transfer window as they look to seal a move for midfielder Oscar Fraulo.

Reports in Germany over the last week have claimed Derby are set to land the Borussia Monchengladbach midfielder, who looks poised to sign a four-year contract.
