A52 set for a week of roadworks

MOTORISTS in and around Derby have been warned ahead of road closures this week, as National Highways carries out improvements.

Full carriageway and lane closures will be in place on the A52 between Spondon and Barrowby from today until Thursday. The stretches and dates are:
Mon, Jan 5-Wed, Jan 7 (8pm-6am): Westbound closed, with one lane eastbound shut (from Spondon to junction 25 of the M1).
Thu, Jan 8 (8pm-6am): Eastbound closed and one lane westbound closed.
