As a 65-year-old on TikTok, I am usually walking around trying to find the best lighting for my videos. Despite being a makeup artist, even I can't escape the fact that skin changes as we age.

The neck and the décolletage can be particularly sensitive. Years spent in the sun can leave their mark, and while you can't snap your fingers and go backward, there are steps you can take if you want youthful skin now (and they don't involve a time machine!).

BLOCK THAT SUN

I can't emphasize this enough: Wearing sunscreen every time you're in the sun is so important. This includes in the car, whether driving or sitting in the passenger seat. I guess I'm more of a driver, because I have a few more spots on the left side of my face! Even on a walk, I wear a high neckline for protection from the sun.
