CHEATING lush Ben Affleck has vowed to kick the sauce for good and toe the line in a last-ditch bid to salvage his marriage to Jennifer Garner!

The National ENQUIRER has learned Ben — who recently completed yet another stint in rehab — has agreed to “get in shape physically and spiritually” by completing Jen’s no-nonsense “booze boot camp!”

“Jennifer has been down this road before, and seen Ben relapse,” an insider close to the couple tattled to The ENQUIRER.

“If he wants back into their family and her life, he’s going to have to prove he really means it this time!

“Jen wants Ben to go to counseling regularly, trim down his tubby physique, and stay on the wagon!

“She also wants Ben to start attending church regularly with her and the kids, and start Bible study.
