H OTTIE Sydney Sweeney and Scooter Braun were snapped packing on the PDA in New York City, but a source tells The National ENQUIRER that the photoshoot was orchestrated! "Everyone is saying the same thing. It's staged and has Scooter's fingerprints all over it!" the source says of the photo set.
