There is also a work featured which is related to the history of ornithology in the North-East India during the colonial era. The journal ventures into the world of conflict, with its features that are related to man –elephant conflicts, the hunting in North-east; it also discusses the importance of early childhood exposure to wildlife education and also digs into the aspect of media and its impact on wildlife conservation. The journal introduces to the general public the idea that Dragon Flies, spiders and ornamental fish too occupies an important space in the world of wildlife and are as important and necessary. The journal has an array of beautiful and captivating photographs from the beautiful and mystical world of North-East India, which are bound to captivate and lure more people more around the world to explore more of the regions treasures.

The basic objective of WILD TRAIL is to spread awareness and educating youth regarding Nature and Wild Life Conservation. This magazine is one of the revenue generating sources of WILD TRAIL. The revenues will be spent entirely in conservation related activities. The Journal itself is a very good source to know about the North-Eastern states of India’s Wild Life and Nature.
