Come October, and Indian streets are abuzz with festive lights and colours! People from different parts of the country are immersed in varied festive activities. Rising from the dismal performance of the past, the Indian film industry is also witnessing an upsurge of movement with new, exciting dramas and movies coming up both on OTT and in cinemas. Our October edition has an exclusive interview of Sanjeeta Bhattacharya, a young musician, songwriter and now an actor- who hails from a family of artists and is all set to become a big name! She is talented, has studied at the world's best music college in Boston and is now set to rule the music industry in India. Additionally, the edition features Mouni Roy, who plays the antagonist (Junoon) in the Hindi film Brahmastra. An interesting column by artist and columnist Lippi Parida talks about the book ‘Leaves from a Bureaucrat’s Diary’ and its author Smita Shah. Smita, the wife of one of India's most distinguished bureaucrats, Rajeeva Ratna Shah, has penned this excellent book. Administrative Service) through the eyes of the spouse- the real cats. Smita decides to coin the word “Bureaucat” (with a CAT, not CRAT!) when a lady turns her head away in a very catty way when she learns that Smita's husband is three years her husband's junior!
