જો યુવાવયે ધ્યાન, અભ્યાસ અને કારકિદી પર કેન્દ્રિત કરી એ તરફ પુરુષાર્થ કરવામાં આવે તો સફળતાનો પાયો નિશ્ચિતપણે નખાશે. માટે જ, બ્રહ્મચર્યની પ્રચંડ શક્તિને જાણી આપણા હિતાહિતનું ધ્યાન રાખવા આપણે આ સંવેદનશીલ વિષયને લગતી ધણી બધી માન્યતાઓ-ગેરમાન્યતાઓને સમજીએ કે જેથી યુવાઓ વિષય-વિકારના ભ્રામક આનંદના વમળમાં ફસાતાં પેહલા એક વખત વિચાર જરૂર કરે....

જીવનમાં આપણને નાના-મોટા, કડવામીઠા
અનુભવો થયા જ કરતાં હોય છે. બે
પ્રકૃતિઓ વ્યવહારમાં સામસામે આવે તો કાં તો
ફૂલ ઝરે કાં તો તણખા. અમુક એવી વ્યક્તિઓ
મળે છે કે જેમના વગર જીવન કેવુ હોત, એવુ
આપણે કલ્પી પણ નથી શકતા. આપણે
અનુભવ્યુ હશે કે સારો સમય અને સારી
વ્યક્તિઓ, જીવનમાં સમય જતાં ઘણી વાર
વિસરાઈ જાય છે. પણ, અમુક વ્યક્તિઓ સાથે
થયેલા કડવા અનુભવો આપણે ભૂલી શકતાં
નથી.
સસારમાં આપણે કોઈ ને કોઈ વ્યક્તિ
દ્વારા ઘવાયા હોઈએ છીએ. કોઈનુ વર્તન
આપણને ડંખે છે તો કોઈના શબ્દો આપણને પીડે
છે. પરિવારના વડીલ ક્યારેક ઠપકો આપે,
ભાગીદાર પૈસાની ગોલમાલ કરે, મિત્ર આપણી નબળાઇનો
ગેરફાયદો μઠાવે, પડોશી ઝઘડો કરે... આવા પ્રસગો બને ત્યારે
આપણી લાગણી ઘવાય છે. આ ઘટનાઓને પરિણામે એક
નકારાત્મક વલણ ઊભુ થાય છે અને બદલો લેવાની ભાવના
μત્તપન્ન થાય છે.
આ અકમાં આપણે માનવ સ્વભાવમાં સહજ રીતે વણાઈ
ગયેલી આ ‘બદલાની ભાવનાને’ બારીકાઈથી સમજીશુ, તેના
ભયકર પરિણામો વિષે જાણીશુ અને તેમાથી બહાર નીકળવાના
μપાય મેળવીશુ. તો ચાલો, દાદાના સમજણરૂપી પ્રકાશમાં આપણે
આ અકની સફરને શરૂ કરીએ.

જો તમને કોઈ પૂછે કે ‘તમે કોણ છો?’ તો આપણે તરત આપણું નામ કહી દઈએ. વધારે
ઓળખાણ માંગે તો કહીએ, અનો દીકરો/દીકરી છું, આનો ભત્રીજો/ભત્રીજી છું, આ સ્કૂલનો
વિદ્યાર્થી છું, એન્જિનીયર કે ડોક્ટર છું. પણ આ બધા જ સંબધોમાં વાસ્તિવિક રીતે ‘હું’ તો એક
જ છું, તો ખરેખર ‘હું કોણ છું?’ એનો વિચાર તો આવવો જોઈએ ને!
પોતાના અસ્તિત્વ વિષેનો આટલો મહત્વનો પ્રશ્ન લોકોના મનમાં આખા જીવન દરમ્યાન
ઊભો થતો જ નથી. ખરેખર ‘હું કોણ છું?’ એ પ્રશ્નના જવાબમાં જ તમામ શાસ્ત્રનો સાર સમાયેલો
છે.
આ એક એવી જડીબુટ્ટી છે, જે આપણા જીવનના દરેક પઝલનું સોલ્યુશન લાવી શકે.
શારીરિક બીમારી કે પછી અપમાન જેવી પરિસ્થિતિમાં વ્યક્તિ સખત દુ:ખ કે ભોગવટામાં હોય
છે, પણ જો એ ખરેખર ‘હું કોણ છું?’ અને આ ઘટનાઓ કોની સાથે થઈ છે તેવું જાણે તો આ
બધીજ વેદનાઓમાં અસરમુક્ત રહી શકે અને એક અનેરા આનંદનો અહેસાસ પામી શકે.
આ અંકમાં જ્ઞાનીની દ્રષ્ટિએ ‘હું કોણ છું?’ની સમજને સ્ટેપ બાય સ્ટેપ અને સરળ રીતે
સમજાય એમ રજૂ કરવાનો પ્રયાસ કરવામાં આવ્યો છે, જે વાચકમિત્રોને જીવનમાં ઉપયોગી
નીવડશે તેવી પ્રાર્થના.

આપણે દરેક કોઈ ને કોઈ ધ્યેય સાથે જીવન જીવતાં હોઈએ છીએ. કોઈનો ધ્યેય ભણીગણીને
સારી નોકરી કરવાનો, કોઈનો કંઈક પદવી પ્રાપ્ત કરવાનો તો કોઈનો દરેકને સુખ
આપવાનો, એમ દરેકનો અલગ અલગ ધ્યેય હોય છે. લક્ષ્યને સાધવા આપણે ઘણાં પ્રયત્નો અને
મથામણો કરીએ છીએ. ક્યારેક ધ્યેય તરફ સડસડાટ આગળ વધીએ છીએ તો ક્યારેક તેનાથી
વિરુદ્ધ ચાલી જઈએ છીએ. જયારે આપણને ખબર છે કે, આપણું લક્ષ્ય શુ છે, તો આપણે તેનાથી
વિમુખ થઈ જઈએ એવા પગલાં કેમ લઈ બેસીએ છીએ? આ અકમાં ધ્યેયથી ભટકવા કે ધ્યેય
તરફ લઈ જવા માટેના અનેક પરિબળોમાનુ મુખ્ય પરિબળ- “આપણી આસપાસના
લોકો(પીઅર્સ) અને તેમનો આપણા પર પડતો પ્રભાવ” એના વિશે જાણીશુ અને ધ્યેયથી વિરુદ્ધ
લઈ જતાં પીઅર્સથી કેવી રીતે બચવુ તેની ચાવી મેળવીશુ. તો ચાલો, જાણીએ-માણીએ અને
આગળ વધીએ.

તમારા મતવ્ય પ્રમાણે એક આદર્શ દિવસ કેવો હોય? સવારે વહેલા ઊઠવુ, કસરત કરવી, સમયસર
કાૅલેજ પહોંચવુ, છેલ્લી તારીખ પહેલાં એસાઇન્મેન્ટ પૂરાં કરવા, ઘરના કામો માટે સમય કાઢવો; બરાબર ને?
આ બધાં કાર્યોની અગત્યતા હોવા છતાં આપણે ક્યારેય એને સમયસર પૂરાં નથી કરતા, કારણ કે, કદાચ,
આપણે બહુ આળસુ છીએ. આપણે ઘણીવાર નથી બોલતા કે, “હુ કંટાળી ગયો છુ! ”
ઘણી મહાન વ્યક્તિઓએ આળસની આડ અસરો વિષે સમજાવ્યુ છે, તેમ છતા, આપણા સમાજમાં
સુસ્ત અને શિથિલ વ્યવહાર લગભગ બધે જ જોવા મળે છે. આ કારણોસર આપણને આળસુ હોવાનુ કબૂલ
કરવામાં સકોચ નથી થતો. એટલુ જ નહિ, કેટલાક લોકો તો એનો ગર્વ લે છે. આમ છતા, મને પૂરો વિશ્વાસ
છે, કે તમે, એક વાર, આળસની આડ અસર અને એમાથી બહાર નીકળવાના સરળ μપાયોને સમજી લેશો,
તો કાર્ય કરવાની ક્ષમતા હોવા છતા, કાર્ય નહિ કરવાની વૃત્તિમાથી બહાર નીકળવા માટે તમે જરૂર પગલાં
લેશો.
દાદાજી કહેતા કે, “કાટા પર સૂઈ રહેવુ એને કંટાળો કહેવાય”. આ અકમા, આળસના વિવિધ
પાસાઓ અને એમાથી બહાર નીકળવાના રસ્તાઓ દર્શાવવાની અમે કોશિષ કરી છે. આ જાણકારી મેળવ્યા
પછી તમે નક્કી કરી શકશો કે, કયો વિકલ્પ યોગ્ય છે, દાખલા તરીકે, મોડુ સબમિશન કરીને ટીચરનો
ગુસ્સો સહન કરવો કે સમયસર કામ પતાવીને કામ પતાવ્યાનો સતોષ માણવો.
આશા છે કે આ અકમાં દર્શાવેલી પરિસ્થિતિઓને તમે તમારા જીવન સાથે સાકળી શકશો અને
તમારા પ્રશ્નોના રસપ્રદ μકેલ મેળવી શકશો.

હેલ્લો ફ્રેન્ડ્સ, 
ઝઘડો આપણા માટે સામાન્ય શબ્દ છે. હેલ્લો ફ્રેન્ડ્સ, અને માતા-પિતા સાથે નાની-નાની વાતમાં ઝઘડા
થયા કરતા હોય છે. ‘હુ ક્યાં કંઈ ખોટુ કરુ છુ?’ ‘મને ગમે એ રીતે જીવવાનો હક છે કે નહીં?’ એવુ
વિચારતા આપણે ક્યારેય એ બાજુ ધ્યાન આપ્યુ છે કે આપણે આપણી રીતે જીવવામાં જાણતા કે
અજાણતા કંઈ ખોટુ તો નથી કરી રહ્યા ને ?
વિચાર્યું છે? કંઈ વાધો નહિ. આ અકમાં તમને એવી ઘણી વાતોનો ખ્યાલ આવશે કે તમારા રૂટીન
સાથે જ સકળાયેલી હોવા છતાં ધ્યાનમાં આવી ન હોય અને ધ્યાનમાં આવ્યા પછી પણ આપણને ખ્યાલ જ
ન આવે કે એમાં હવે મારે શુ કરવુ? તો બસ, આ અકમાં આપણને ઝઘડા કયા કારણસર થતા હોય છે?
ઝઘડાના પરિણામો કઈ હદ સુધી ખરાબ હોઈ શકે? ઝઘડા ન થાય એ માટે પહેલેથી જ શુ સમજણ ગોઠવી
શકાય? ઝઘડા દરમિયાન એવી કઈ માસ્ટર કી ગોઠવીએ કે જેનાથી આપણને શાતિ રહે, ઝઘડા થઈ
જાય પછી શુ કરવુ? એ બધુ જ જાણવા મળશે.
દાદાશ્રી કહે છે કે “આપણે ‘ઝઘડાપ્રૂફ’ થઈ જવુ. ‘ઝઘડાપ્રૂફ’ થઈએ તો જ આ સસારમાં
રહેવાશે. અમે તમને ‘ઝઘડાપ્રૂફ’ કરી આપીશુ. ઝઘડો કરનારો ય કંટાળી જાય એવુ આપણું સ્વરૂપ હોવુ
જોઇએ. કોઇ ‘વર્લ્ડ’માં ય આપણને ‘ડિપ્રેસ’ ન કરી શકે એવુ હોવુ જોઇએ. આપણે ‘ઝઘડાપ્રૂફ’ થઈ ગયા
પછી ભાજગડ જ નહીં ને? લોકોને ઝઘડા કરવા હોય, ગાળો આપવી હોય તો ય વાધો નહીં. અને છતાં ય
નફ્ફટ કહેવાય નહીં, ઊલટી જાગૃતિ ખૂબ વધશે.”
આવી અનેકવિધ સમજણ મેળવવા માટે ચાલો માણીએ આ અકને......

કલ્પના કરો કે તમારે તમારા નજીકના મિત્ર સાથે ઝઘડો થયો, એની સાથે સમાધાન પણ થાય છે
અને તમે ફરી નવેસરથી બધું શરૂ કરવા માગો છો, પણ ઊભા રહો, આખરે રાત્રે જ્યારે તમે સૂવા જવાનું
નક્કી કરો ત્યારે નકારાત્મક વિચારો, કાયમી ધોરણે ફરી ફરી તમને વળગીને જ રહે છે અને તમે ભાગ્યે
જ સૂઈ શકો છો. હવે શું ? ધારો કે તમારી પરીક્ષાઓ નજીક આવી રહી છે અને તમે પોતાને તનાવગ્રસ્ત
અનુભવો છો, તમારે એમાંથી પાર ઊતરવું છે, પણ જયારે એના માટે તૈયારી કરવાની શરૂઆત કરવા
જાઓ ત્યારે તમારું ધ્યાન એમાં ઓછું હોય અથવા સદંતર ન પણ હોય, તો શું કરવું ? અમુક બાબતો
આપણો પીછો છોડતી નથી, સમય જતાં એ ગાઢ બનતી જાય છે. જે આખરે આપણને નિરાધાર બનાવી દે
છે. તમને એવું લાગ્યું કે તમે આમાંની એક કે બધી પરિસ્થિતિઓમાં ક્યારેય જકડાયા છો ?
જો હા,
તો અમારી પાસે એનો ઉપાય છે અને તે એ છે કે તમારા રોજિંદા જીવનમાં તમે પૂજ્ય દાદાશ્રી સાથે
સંલગ્ન રહો. હા, સમયના અભાવનો પ્રશ્ન તો છે જ, પણ એનો પણ અમારી પાસે ઈલાજ છે. આ અંકના
પાના ફેરવો (વાંચો) અને તમને જણાશે કે જ્ઞાનીના સાનિધ્યમાં રાખતા સાધનો જેવા કે ત્રિમંત્ર, નવ
કલમો, પ્રતિક્રમણ વગેરે તમારો બહુ સમય નથી લેતાં, પણ બદલામાં વ્યક્તિ એમાંથી જે સુખ, સંતોષ અને
શાંતિ પામે છે તે અનુપમ છે. આ પ્રયત્ન આદરવામાં તમે તમારી જાત પ્રત્યે ઋણી રહેશો.
અમે તમારા તરફથી પ્રતિસાદ સાંભળવા ઉત્સુક રહીશું. આ વાંચી રહ્યા બાદ આ હલ બાબત
તમારા વિચારો જરૂરથી જણાવશો.

મિત્રો, જ્યારે જ્યારે પણ આપણે કંઈક મેળવવા, સફળતાના શિખરો સર કરવા કે જીવનના
નાના મોટા પ્રસગોમાં આનદ મેળવવા મથીએ છીએ ત્યારે સફળ અને મહાન પુરુષોએ એમના જીવનમાં
એવુ તો શુ કર્યું હતુ એ જાણવાના પ્રયત્નો કરીએ છીએ. એમના જીવન ચરિત્રો વાચતા આપણને તેઓની
સફળતાની ચાવીઓ જાણવા મળે છે. જેમાની એક ચાવી છે - એમણે કેળવેલા ગુણો. આ ગુણોમાનો એક
ગુણ છે - “વિનય” જેની આપણે આ અકમાં વાત કરીશુ. વિનય એટલે શુ? આપણા જીવનમાં તેની શુ
અસરો થાય? અને મહાનપુરુષોએ આ ગુણ કેવી રીતે કેળવ્યો એ જાણીશુ. દાદાશ્રીની દ્રષ્ટિએ વિનય શુ
છે? અવિનયથી વિનય તરફ કેવી રીતે જવાય અને આપણા સપના પૂરા કરી આનદપૂર્વક જીવવા માટે
વિનયી કેવી રીતે બનાય તે જાણીએ, માણીએ અને જીવનના દરેક તબક્કે દાદાશ્રીની કેડી પર ચાલવાનો
પ્રયાસ કરીએ.

વ્યસન એટલે શુ? જે કાર્યની જરાપણ આવશ્યકતા ન હોવા છતાં દેખાદેખીથી,
અનિયત્રિતપણે, સ્વેચ્છાએ અથવા ઈચ્છાવિરુદ્ધ થયા કરે તેનુ નામ વ્યસન.
કોઈ વ્યક્તિ/વસ્તુ વગર ન ચાલે, કોઈ
કાર્ય કે વિચાર કર્યા વગર ન ચાલે તે સઘળાં
વ્યસન છે.
કોઈ વસ્તુ કે પદાર્થ વગર ન ચાલે તો
તે પદાર્થના ગુલામ બન્યા કહેવાઈએ. વસ્તુ કે
પદાર્થના વ્યસન બે રીતે હોઈ શકે. એક તો ચા,
કોફી, તમાકુ, ગુટકા, શરાબ, હેરોઈન વગેરે
જેવા નશીલા પદાર્થો અથવા તો મીઠાઈ,
ફરસાણ કે અન્ય કોઈ પદાર્થ કે જેને ગ્રહણ
કર્યા વગર ચેન ન પડે, તો તે પદાર્થની ગુલામી
થઈ. તેવી જ રીતે પખો, એ.સી., વીજળી,
વાહન કે અન્ય કોઈ સગવડ કે વસ્તુ ન હોય
અને તેના વગર અકળાઈ ઊઠીએ તો તે વસ્તુ
કે સગવડનુ વ્યસન કે ગુલામી થઈ. થોડા
સમયથી આ યાદીમાં ‘મોબાઈલના વ્યસન’નો
μમેરો થયો છે. મોબાઈલ તથા સોશિયલ
મીડિયા સુખનુ અવલબન બની ગયુ છે.
“દરેક સિક્કાની બે બાજુ હોય છે.” મોબાઈલ
ફોનના કેટલાક ફાયદાઓ છે. તેમ છતા, એના
ગેરફાયદાઓ પણ છે જેના માટે સજાગ રહેવુ
જરૂરી છે. આ અકમાં આપણે ‘મોબાઈલ
એડિક્શન’ના લક્ષણો, તેની વિપરીત અસરો,
તેનાથી મુક્ત થવાના μપાયો, વગેરેને
સવિસ્તાર સમજીએ.
ચાલો, આપણે વ્યસનમુક્ત રહેવાનો
પુરુષાર્થ કરી નિરાલબ સુખની અનુભૂતિ
કરીએ.

જગત આખુ પ્યોરીટીને શોધે છે. દરેકને
વસ્તુઓ, વ્યક્તિઓ, ખાદ્ય પદાર્થો, જળ અને હવા
સુધી બધુ પ્યોર જ જોઈએ છે. અશુદ્ધિની પસદગી
કોઈ કરતુ જ નથી. પરતુ, આપણે ક્યારેય વિચાર્યું
છે કે આપણે કેટલા પ્યોર છીએ? આપણને જીવન
વ્યવહારમાં ધર્મ કે અધ્યાત્મમાં આગળ વધવા માટે
પ્યોરીટીની કેટલી આવશ્યકતા છે? દાદાશ્રીની
દ્રષ્ટિએ રોજિદા જીવનમાં લક્ષ્મી, માન અને
વિષયની પ્યોરીટીને પ્રાધાન્ય મળ્યુ છે. દાદાશ્રીના
જીવનમાં પ્યોરીટીના સિદ્ધાતો એવા સકળાયેલા
હતા  કે તે ઓએ ધર્મમાં, વેપારમાં 
ગૃહસ્થજીવનમા, લક્ષ્મી-વિષય-માન સબધી જાતે
ચોખ્ખા રહી જગતને આદર્શ વ્યવહાર દેખાડ્યો.
દાદાશ્રી કહેતાં કે પોતે જો વ્યવહારમાં ચોખ્ખો
હોય, જ્યાં વિષય-કષાય સબધી વિચારેય ન હોય
અને સપૂર્ણ ભીખ જાય પછી જ તેને જગત
વાસ્તવિક સ્વરૂપે સમજાય. પણ, અત્યારે કાળ
એવો છે કે જ્યાં મન-વચન-કાયાની એકતા નથી
ત્યા, પ્યોર થવાની ભાવના હોવા છતા, પ્યોરીટી
રહી શકતી નથી. આથી દાદાશ્રીએ કહ્યુ છે, “આ
દુનિયામાં જેટલી પ્યોરીટી તમારી એટલી દુનિયા
તમારી!” તો ચાલો, આપણે પણ દાદાશ્રીના આ
આશયને સમજીને આપણા જીવનને પ્યોર
બનાવવા તરફ પ્રયાણ કરીએ.

હિન્દુસ્તાનની સસ્કૃતિ માનવ સસ્કૃતિ જેટલી જૂની છે. આ સન્માનનીય ભારતીય સમાજનુ
હાર્દ સશક્ત પૌરાણિક સસ્કૃતિમાં ધબકે છે. ભારત દેશ ભવ્ય મદિરો, વિશાળ હિમાલય, રાજકારણ,
બોલીવુડ કે ક્રિકેટથી ઘણો વિશેષ છે. વિભિન્ન પરપરાગત μત્સવો, તહેવારો, લોકનૃત્યો, ધાર્મિક
રિવાજો અને વિધિઓ, જુદીજુદી ભાષાઓ અને બોલીઓ, જીવનમાં વણાયેલા μચ્ચ મૂલ્યો, વગેરે, આ
વિશાળ સ્વતત્ર દેશની સાસ્કૃતિક વિવિધતા દર્શાવે છે.
ભારતીયોમાં પેઢી દર પેઢી ચાલ્યા આવતાં નૈતિક મૂલ્યો અને આધ્યાત્મિક જ્ઞાન, આ દેશની
ગર્વ લેવા યોગ્ય અમૂલ્ય મૂડી છે. આવી સાસ્કૃતિક ધરોહરમાનુ એક છે યોગનુ વિજ્ઞાન, જેમાં માત્ર
વ્યાયામનો જ નહીં પરતુ અધ્યાત્મ(કે જે યોગ વિજ્ઞાનનુ અભિન્ન પાસુ છે)નો પણ સમાવેશ કરવામાં
આવ્યો છે. આ વિજ્ઞાનને હવે આતરરાષ્ટ્રીય સ્તરે સ્વીકૃતિ મળી છે અને “યુનેસ્કો” એ એને
“ભારતીય અમૂર્ત સાસ્કૃતિક વારસા” તરીકે સ્થાન આપ્યુ છે.
ભારતમાં હજારો વર્ષો સુધી જેનુ પાલન થતુ આવ્યુ છે એવી μચ્ચ પ્રથાઓમાની એક છે આશ્રમપ્રથા.
આશ્રમપ્રથા, માનવ જીવનને ચાર તબક્કાઓમાં વહેંચીને μત્તમ જીવનશૈલી જીવવાની કળા પર
આધારિત છે, જેનો મૂળ μદ્દેશ્ય આત્માનો વિકાસ છે. આપણો આ અક આ રસપ્રદ ભારતીય
સસ્કૃતિની વિશેષતાની ઝાખી કરાવે છે.
‘ભારતીય સસ્કૃતિ’ના આ બીજા અકમાં પણ અનેક આધ્યાત્મિક ગુરુઓની ભૂમિ એવા
ભારતની ઘણીબધી રસપ્રદ અને ગહન જાણકારીનો સમાવેશ કરેલ છે. તમને બધાને આ અકમાં મજા
આવશે એ આશા સાથે, જય સચ્ચિદાનદ!

હિન્દુસ્તાન પોતાની અઢળક કુદરતી સપત્તિ, લોકોની
વૈવિધ્યપૂર્ણ સસ્કૃતિ અને ખાસ કરીને એમની ઊંડી આધ્યાત્મિક
જાગૃતિ માટે પ્રખ્યાત છે. દાદાશ્રીએ કહ્યુ છે કે, નજીકના ભવિષ્યમાં
પરદેશના લોકો હિન્દુસ્તાનને આધ્યાત્મિક કેન્દ્ર તરીકે સ્વીકારશે
અને અહીં ધર્મ શીખવા આવશે. ભારત આખી દુનિયાનુ આધ્યાત્મિક
અને સાસ્કૃતિક કેન્દ્ર બનશે.
દાદાશ્રી એમ પણ કહે છે કે, પાશ્ચાત્ય દેશો ભૌતિક અને
આર્થિક રીતે વિકસિત છે પરતુ આધ્યાત્મિક ક્ષેત્રે ઓછા વિકસેલા છે,
જયારે ભારત આધ્યાત્મિક ક્ષેત્રમાં પૂર્ણત: વિકસિત છે પણ ભૌતિક
અને આર્થિક રીતે ઓછો વિકસિત છે. આમ, આધ્યાત્મિક અને
સાસ્કૃતિક વિકાસ ભારતની વિશેષતા છે.
ભારતીય μપ-ખડમાં આધ્યાત્મિક વિકાસ પામેલાઓનો જન્મ
થાય છે. અહીં જન્મેલી વ્યક્તિઓને પુનર્જન્મ, કર્મનો સિદ્ધાત અને

બદલો માત્ર સેવાધર્મથી જ વાળી શકાય ! ખરી માનવતા કે માનવધર્મ એ જ છે કે સેવાના સિંચનથી આપણું જીવન દીપે ને
આપણાથી બીજાને સુખ થાય.

 પણ આ સાથે ઘણાં પ્રશ્નો ઊભા થઈ શકે જેવા કે, આપણે શેના માટે પ્રતિબદ્ધ છીએ? શું આપણે આપણા ધ્યેયને સંપૂર્ણ સમર્પિત છીએ? અને એ માટે આપણે જે માર્ગ અપનાવ્યો છે શું એ યોગ્ય છે? અને એ માર્ગ સિવાય બીજા વિકલ્પો પણ હોઈ શકે? બીજા દ્રષ્ટિકોણ પણ હોઈ શકે?
 ઉપરોક્ત દરેક પ્રશ્નોના જવાબ આ અંકના દરેક લેખમાં વણી લેવામાં આવ્યા છે જે પ્રતિબદ્ધતાના માર્ગમાં મદદરૂપ થાય એવી આશા સાથે...
