Profiles of P V Sindhu, the badminton player who made it to the world\'s best 10 ranking and  K. P. Thomas aka Thomas Mash who has won Dronacharya award for his insightful coaching to athletes like Anju Bobby George were also featured. A story on recently launched INS Vikrant, Indians first ever indigenous aircraft carrier was another attraction. An interview with renowned painter A Ramachandran, an analytical story which looks into the fate of judicial commission announced by the state on various issues like Marad communal riots, Kalluvathikkal hooch tragedy and Idamalayar cases, a story which looks into the mind of Indian National Muslim League (IUML) which has recently threatened UDF, to which it is an ally, that it will not mind if it breaks the alliance and compete alone were also featured. An interview with IUML national secretary E T Muhammed Basheer was part of the story.
