因為疫情的關係，留在家中的時間多了，在煲完《屍戰朝鮮》、《愛的迫降》等大熱作品後，自然亦多了機會煲一些相對地偏門及小眾口味的劇集。說的是兩齣美國處境喜劇，包括由Michael Douglas 主演的《荷里活教父》（The Kominsky Method），以及由Ashton Kutcher主演的《牧場家族》（The Ranch）。 《荷里活教父》第一季雖然勇奪了金球獎最佳喜劇劇集及最佳喜劇男主角兩大殊榮， 但大家在看罷《愛的迫降》玄彬這種高大帥氣的肉體後（Facebook還真有人成立了「中玄彬毒情緒支援小組」這種活見鬼的粉絲專頁），對《荷里活教父》劇中兩大主角Michael Douglas（75歲）及Alan Arkin（85 歲）那副老朽衰敗的外型，自然興趣缺缺。另外兩位老人家在劇中尖酸刻薄及嘮嘮叨叨的對白，也不是看慣偶像劇的觀眾受得了的。
