Pero si pudiéramos recomendarte cómo tomarte el polo que el diseñador Tom Ford lleva en portada lo haríamos con una cerveza bien fresquita y volviendo cinco años atrás con la voz de James Murphy de fondo y su ‘Dance Yrself Clean’ (LCD Soundsystem) custodiando la arena de la playa. Mirando al mar desde las sillas del chiringuito en las que comentas las bondades de virtuosas como la chef Kamila Seidler, planeando tu próxima escapada en busca de langostas en Maine o enterándote de la historia del gazpacho. A la que llega el camarero respondes un ‘sí, por favor, y que esté bien fresquita’. Lo estás pasando bien…

TAPAS 5: DON’T MELT
If we had to give intructions about how to discover the new (and fresh) issue of Tapas the term ‘summer’ would loose all its definition. But if we could recommend you how to eat the ice lolly that designer Tom Ford is carrying on our cover, we would tell you to take a cold beer and –looking back 5 years ago– with James Murphy’s voice in ‘Dance Yrself Clean’ (LCD Soundsystem) escorting the sand on the beach. Looking fa(aaa)r away into the sea from the chiringuito’s chairs when talking about virtuous chef Kamila Seidler, planning your new scape in search of lobsters in Maine or learning a bit of the history of "gazpacho". And to the waiter who is already (and again) here, outlining a ‘yes, please, but very cold’. You’re having a quite good time, enjoy it…
