The World Health Organisation (WHO) advises children aged 5-17 years to engage in at least 60 minutes of moderate to intense physical activity every day. While some children actively participate in games and sports, not all have a daily regimen that includes exercise. A highly recommended physical activity which provides both enjoyment and fitness is rebounding i.e, bouncing on a trampoline.

A trampoline work-out offers a host of health benefits. For adults, it’s a safe and low-impact cardiovascular exercise that helps strengthen muscle mass. for children, bouncing on a trampoline offers good exercise and plenty of fun, and keeps them away from digital screens.
