Garlick may offer recipe for success

CHELTENHAM Town's principal shareholders have signed a letter of intent and entered a period of exclusivity with Mike Garlick, the former chairman of Burnley FC and current owner of Spanish side Antequera and also Gibraltar’s St Joseph's, writes Jon Palmer.
Garlick, who oversaw two of Burnley's promotions to the Premier League and a notable seventh-placed finish in 2017/18, is seeking to invest in the Sky Bet League Two side.
During his tenure at Burnley, the Clarets achieved consistent profitability and qualified for European competition.
