Garlick, who oversaw two of Burnley's promotions to the Premier League and a notable seventh-placed finish in 2017/18, is seeking to invest in the Sky Bet League Two side.

During his tenure at Burnley, the Clarets achieved consistent profitability and qualified for European competition.
