TERMING Dr Babu Jagjivan Ram as a personality who will be always remembered, District Minister D Sudhakar said on Saturday that Jagjivan Ram was not just a politician, but a movement.
He was a strong leader who gave voice to Dalits, backward classes and exploited communities at all stages of his life.
