Jaguar Land Rover workers return after cyber-attack
The Guardian
|October 07, 2025
Some factory workers at Jaguar Land Rover returned to work yesterday, aiming to resume production after a crippling cyber-attack.
They are believed to have returned to a Wolverhampton plant that makes engines. The company hopes a small number of vehicles can be manufactured this week.
Sources said suppliers have been told JLR might restart very limited production at its factories in Nitra, in Slovakia, and Solihull, in the West Midlands, by the end of the week. Nitra makes the Land Rover Defender, while Solihull is JLR's biggest site, making the Range Rover.
