Blend serenity with function and get your best rest, says SAM WYLIE-HARRIS

Bring sense of bliss to your bedroom...

BRITISH summer time brings with it longer, brighter days and puts our bedrooms in a whole new light, especially if you've been undecided with decor, fall short on artistic flair, and are in need of a calming environment to spend time in - and most importantly, sleep in.

“If your bed frame is creaky, misaligned, or past its best, it can disrupt the harmony of the room, making it harder to unwind.

“Your bed is the centrepiece of your bedroom,” notes Lena, “so an old, creaky, or unstable frame can affect both sleep quality and overall feel of the space.
