Mayor Nestor Archival has urged Cebuanos to actively participate in recognizing individuals and institutions whose contributions have made a lasting impact on the city by submitting nominees for the annual Charter Day awards.
In a public statement, Archival said the awards are a meaningful way to honor excellence, service, and dedication among Cebuanos.
“This is our way of honoring those who have made meaningful contributions and lasting impact to our beloved city through excellence, service, and dedication,” the mayor said, encouraging residents to nominate deserving candidates.
He added in Cebuano: “Kung naa moy kaila nga individual or institution nga tinud-anay nga nag-alagad ug nakahatag og dakong kausaban sa atong dakbayan, do not miss this opportunity.”
