A kidnapping

For sure you will have heard about this development by now; U.S. special forces went into Venezuela and took President Nicolas Maduro and his wife, first lady Cilia Flores early morning Saturday.

The operation, which took months to plan, appeared executed to perfection; airstrikes hit five different sites designed to blind Venezuelan security forces or hinder them from interfering in the operation. They barely had time to react, let alone prevent the abduction of their president and his wife. There were minimal injuries on the part of the attackers.

Both Maduro and his wife were taken to the U.S., Maduro is now in a New York jail, set to stand trial for crimes like narco-terrorism and drug trafficking.
