Howe open to January departures

Howe has hinted he will not stand in anybody's way if he feels the club can benefit from a January exit.January represents the last chance for Newcastle to offload soon-to-be-out-of-contract stars such as Fabian Schar, Kieran Trippier, and Jamaal Lascelles, while William Osula wants to quit to get first-team football.

When asked about January sales, Howe said: "It's not high on my agenda with the squad that we currently have to be losing players, but we will see as players return from injury."
