THOMAS TUCHEL has already shown he will do things his way as England manager and needs to stay single-minded in his approach to the World Cup.
That's the view of Three Lions legend Chris Waddle, who has been impressed with the German manager's willingness to lay his cards on the table since taking over the England side.
Tuchel's men cruised to a 3-0 win over Wales on Thursday night with a much-changed side from September's World Cup qualifiers.
Ahead of Tuesday’s qualifier in Latvia, Waddle, who won 62 caps for England, gave his assessment of Tuchel (above) so far.
“He's not afraid to upset things, he's not afraid to do what he wants to do and I think that’s what you want as a manager,” said Waddle.
