“The original agreement for the sale of the status of Moroka Swallows was supposed to be R40 million that was supposed to be split up in this way. R20 million as a direct fee to Moroka Swallows. R10 million in debt that was owed to the South African Revenue Service or SARS and R10 million to players and staff,” Ndlovu explained, outlining the multilayered nature of the transaction.
