The Steelmen secured a semifinal tie against Rangers last season thanks to victory over Dundee United, who now stand in the way of Killie reaching the quarterfinals when they arrive at Rugby Park this afternoon.
Having seen the Motherwell fans get behind their team on the road to Hampden last year, Kettlewell knows what a cup run could do for his new club’s season.
