STUART DALLAS reckons Leeds’ loss is Rangers’ gain after his old club passed up the chance to sign Joe Rothwell.
And the former Elland Road hero insists the capture is a clear signal of intent by new Ibrox manager Russell Martin.
Dallas believes the 30-year-old midfielder was among the Championship-winning side’s standout performers as he helped them secure their return to the Premier League during his loan from Bournemouth.
He said: “It shows the ambition Leeds have that they can let a player like Joe leave and try to find someone better.
“Had Daniel Farke signed him I felt it would have been a good addition for his team going back up to the Premier League.
