MOTHERWELL ace Kofi Balmer is in line to win his first Northern Ireland cap after receiving a late call-up from Michael O’Neill.
The 24-year-old replaces injured Bolton defender Eoin Toal for the friendly double-header against Switzerland and Sweden.
Balmer won 20 Under-21 caps for his country and was first included in his country’s senior squad by former Well boss Ian Baraclough in 2022, but he’s yet to make an appearance for the top team.
