THE Haslingden BB8 has been added to the postcodes activated for a Cold Weather Payment from the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP).
The cold weather payment scheme is in operation from now until March 31. The benefit provides £25 for every seven-day period where the temperature falls to zero degrees or below.
