PICCA opens for 2026 with a bang

The Polokwane Centre for Intellectually Impaired Adults (Picca) officially opened last Tuesday.
"Two new members joined the crowd this year and we are still expecting two more members to arrive. There are still two open spaces for residence and more for day visitors," volunteer coordinator Lizzie Vogel confirmed.The year was officially opened on a high note by Pastor LJ Ge
