This was the central message shared by property strategist and founder of Fixing Each Other's Crown (FEOC), Tsakani Mpofu, with aspiring homeowners, entrepreneurs and first-time investors at Mekete Boutique Lodge last Saturday.

The property entrepreneur and community builder, Mpofu, was speaking at the 'From Vision to Title Deed Property Masterclass and Vision Board Session', an initiative that introduced a governance-first approach to property education.

The programme positioned ownership readiness, financial structure and long-term asset strategy as essential foundations before acquiring land or property.

“Ownership does not begin with money, land or permission. It starts with decision,” Mpofu said.
