Megaworld taps Megawide for P10-B projects

Megawide Construction Corp. has bagged about P10 billion worth of contracts from top township developer Megaworld Corp. for the construction of residential towers in Uptown Bonifacio and Newport City.

In a disclosure to the Phil lippine Stock Exchange (PSE), Megawide said it has secured two new multi-billion contracts covering civil, structur al, and architectural works, as well as mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protec tion (MEPF) for Megaworld projects.
These come after the nu merous developments both companies have worked on in the past.
“We are very excited to again work with Megaworld, who has been our long-stand ing client. Our partnership with them is built on the shared pursuit of sustainability, ex cellence, and speed-to-mar ket, which have defined both our organizations’ brand and track record,” said Megawide President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Edgar Saavedra.
