HDFC Bank Positioned for Accelerated Growth After Merger Milestone: CEO Sashidhar

HDFC Bank Limited is entering a phase of accelerated growth, having completed its first full financial year post the landmark merger with HDFC Ltd. according to Sashidhar Jagdishan, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer.

In his annual address to stakeholders, published in the bank's Integrated Annual Report for FY 2024-25, Jagdishan reflected on a year of consolidation, resilience, and strategic recali-bration amid a turbulent global backdrop.
“FY25 has been a year of progress and consolidation for the merged entity, with the integration phase well behind us. We are now poised for the next phase of growth,” said Jagdishan, noting the bank's success in navigating global headwinds, rising inflation, and geopolitical uncertainties.
