GALATASARAY v LIVERPOOL Champions League: League stage, KO 8pm
HUGO EKITIKE insists there is no reason why he and clubrecord signing Alexander Isak can't lead Liverpool's starstudded attack together.
The Frenchman has hit the ground running since his £79million move to Anfield in the summer with four goals already this season ahead of tonight's Champions League clash with Galatasaray in Istanbul.
And he is adamant the subsequent arrival of £125m Isak just adds healthy competition for the No.9 spot and will only be a problem for boss Arne Slot.
Ekitike, who will return to the squad after missing Saturday's defeat to Crystal Palace through suspension, said: "We play at such a big club. I can't see any big clubs playing with just one striker in the squad. It is good that Alex is here.
"For me, at my age, I have a lot of things to improve and learn. It is good that he is here. It is for the coach to decide how we play.
