IF you ever wondered why Premier League managers look likely to pull their hair out at any given moment, Hill Dickinson Stadium was the place to be last night.

In his long and distinguished career, David Moyes has been annoyed on several occasions. Very annoyed.

But it is hard to remember him being as enraged as he was when young referee Thomas Kirk took a look at the video monitor and then gave Michael Keane a red card for violent conduct.

And the nature of that violence late in the second half? The Everton defender, who had given his side an early lead, had pulled the hair of Tolu Arokodare.

The decision, prompted by VAR, sent Moyes into meltdown but he could easily have been enraged with Keane.
