MP's praise for investment in health service

"MUCH-NEEDED" investment in Gloucester health services helping to "lift the NHS off its knees with more GP appointments" and making hospitals "fit for the future" has been welcomed by city MP Alex McIntyre.

The Government is investing £102m in 1,000 GP surgeries across the country, and Matson Lane surgery is expected to benefit from this utilisation and modernisation fund.
