Mats tipping Dons No.1 to find form again after costly errors

MATS KNOESTER insists under-fire Aberdeen No.1 Dimitar Mitov has the quality to silence his critics.
The Bulgarian international has come in for stinging criticism after some lacklustre displays in recent weeks.
Mitov was at fault again in Tuesday's Ibrox loss and interim boss Peter Leven admits he has a decision to make ahead of tomorrow's clash with Rangers.
But defender Knoester has backed him to come good, insisting Mitov is a top talent.
The Dutchman said: “He is a great goalkeeper who is also playing for his national team which says a lot.
“I don't have anything negative to say about Dimi as everyone makes mistakes.
“If you look this season he has had some great saves for the team as well.
“It depends what side of things you want to look at but there is nothing to worry about with him.”
Knoester knows it is very much a team effort to tighten up defensively. He added: "If you take the Rangers game, the goals we concede plus the chances we get, we don't do well enough.
