N.Wales dad among victims of Lisbon funicular tragedy

DEVASTATED FAMILY HAVE PAID TRIBUTE TO HIM
A NORTH Wales dad has been named as the third British person to die in the Lisbon funicular tragedy.
Andrew David Kenneth Young, 82, from the Holyhead area, died last Wednesday when the Gloria funicular derailed and crashed into a building in Portugal's capital.
In total, 16 people died and more than 20 people were injured in the crash. In a statement issued via North Wales Police, the family of Mr Young, who was known as Dave, paid tribute to him.
They said: “Andrew David Kenneth Young was known to most as Dave.
“He was raised in Auchterarder, Perth-shire.
