MCI Homes Inc., the development arm of Consunji-led DMCI Holdings Inc., will expand its facilities in Acacia Estates, doubling its capacity in the coming years with its investment in the commercial segment of the 130-hectare property in Taguig.

Slated to be in full swing by 2028, the upscaling project focuses on improving internal connectivity, refining shared spaces and expanding resident-oriented amenities to meet homeowners’ evolving needs.

DMCI Homes President Alfredo Austria said the company will spend some P700 million to upscale the town center, and will invest some P4.5 billion more to build two residential condominium located on top of the commercial area.

Austria said the commercial strip will have two 18-storey residential towers built on top while the supermarket will be moved to the back to make way for a promenade, central plaza and an activity center.

“Acacia Estates has been one of Metro Manila’s best kept secrets for almost 20 years now,” he said.
