A celebration that radiated warmth, intimacy and pure joy, Dr Hayden Kho, Jr's birthday was a cosy gathering of cherished friends united to honour a truly admired individual. Planning this special night took a few weeks, with the help of his good friends Anton San Diego and Jojie Dingcong. The dining experience was nothing short of extraordinary! Executive chef Gilbert Pangilinan from Manila House created a multi-course menu that seamlessly blended global flair with Filipino flavours. Guests indulged in a delightful array, featuring baked salmon and almond pesto pasta, as well as a standout wagyu beef dish, all topped off with a selection of delicate desserts. Each course was expertly paired with exquisite wines that complemented the flavours beautifully.
